Two of his brothers, Brother Francisco and Brother Aiden made the journey involving two ferries to receive his body from the undertaker on the Scottish mainland, and then made the journey back to Papa Stronsay with him one last time. His parents and confreres met him on the Stronsay pier, and accompanied him on his final crossing to the Island he loved so much.
