This is the worst article from an Archbishop I have ever seen. There is only one worldwide "culling" and that is the murder of 200,000 unborn babies worldwide EVERYDAY. Satan has a goal to kill babies and make mothers into murderers. I am disgusted with this article and pray the Archbishop repents and learn to love babies else he perishes eternally.
